Combined science and triple science are pretty similar the only time you would pick triple is if you are interested in the subject and/or want to pursue a career involving science
Hope this helps

When my daughter wanted to study A Level Psychology (she's since changed her mind) she was told they'd accept dual/double science IGCSE, or two separate sciences e.g. Biology, and either Chemistry or Physics.
Or they'd accept Biology alongside GCSE Psychology.
Every college / sixth form is different of course, but hopefully that helps.

DEFINITELY SEPARATE! It's only a little bit more for each subject, which you have to learn the foundation for in dual anyways. A little bit extra for each science instead of having to learn a whole new GCSE like history or geography.
Just my opinion anyway, hope this helps!
