Hello guys I’m doing my equality diversity assignment and I’m stuck on this criteria

Explain how to support others in promoting equality and rights. 2.3

I’m not doing btec but it’s similar to it, the unit is called equality, diversity and inclusion in health and social care !

I don't really do health and social care lvl 3 hoping to do that in September.
But a holistic approach would be relevant in order to meet specific needs to provide a person centred care. Maybe, working in a non judgemental way.
