I've been accepted for DSA and been granted some software (glean, pro-study), however they have arranged for a delivery but I'm confused as to what it is they are actually delivering cause I thought I'd just get a link over email to download it.

There’s some software already installed and activated on your laptop some requires installation and activation and even hands on training. I say don’t worry they are usually friendly and you will have good experience
