Say a minority group had the view that all drugs should be illegal - flexibility would involve perhaps agreeing that some "softer" drugs should be legalised (showing willingness to listen to others) - commitment would involve conducting protests (helps gain attention through extreme activities) - consistency would involve the minority’s view gains more interest by say the same thing for awhile
