Anyone else got one next Wednesday? It's my first interview and the nerves are beginning to show themselves a bit. Can anyone who had an interview last year shed some light on the process? Is it one of those "informal chat" type things or more formal, with technical questions etc? From looking at a few old threads it seems to be more on the informal side. Just wondering if this is still the case with the level of competition going up over the past few years!

I'd guess the interview is more informal and a show around - rather than a competancy based one.
