Selected for interview for the STP but didn't get an interview ..

To say i'm furious is an understatement

After 3 years of putting in applications trying to better them each recruitment cycle, my oriel account finally switches to "shortlisted for interview"

However upon not receiving anything from Oriel past the interview offer date I decided to call the school to enquire.

Turns out I wont get an interview after all as I didn't select all the options :/ the reason I didn't is because I cant just move anywhere as I have a mortgage to pay.

Literally trying to change career in any tangible way possible to utilize my clinical skills and stuff like this just absolutely crushing.
