I’m an international student and I am so struggle with English language(cry…) I heard that B can be both 5 or 6( maybe high B or low B sth…) Guys is that true? Thanks!

Yep! 6 is a high B (Probably B+ as 7 is bang on A) and a 5 is a a lower B (Perhaps B- as 4 is a C)!!
