Will Universities give an offer that is higher than the requirements?

Hi everyone,
After having a chat with my teachers it seems I am going to be predicted A*A*A. I was just wondering if a university will give me a harder offer than what the typical offer/requirements are because of this?

Not because of your predictions, no.

In theory they can, but it's quite uncommon. The vast majority of applicants get the standard offer, with some getting a reduced one.
