Undergraduate in Public Health: Useful or Not

I'm considering doing an undergraduate in public health. I've just finished a foundation year (things got out of control during the pandemic) and I am currently on a social work with a foundation year course. I've only just realised I would not like social work, and I partially chose it because of my parents' influence.

I called my university and one of the options they gave me with an almost guaranteed transfer was Public Health. I think it's interesting, but I'm not sure about the job prospects. All the old posts I see about it here say that it's not great/only usable if you get a masters in it. Do any current public health graduates/workers have any insight? I'm really curious but don't trust most articles. I would love to go into a career just out of passion, but I need to eat too lol.

Thank you, sorry for the long read.
