Hi I just want to clarify something. I’m an Eu student. Last year I applied as a relative of an Eu national living in the UK and this year I’m applying as a migrant worker because I want maintenance loan. I’ve already sent my payslips, employment and ID. Do I have to send my dad’s payslips and employment letter too. SLC haven’t requested for my dad’s documents but a friend of mine said she was told to send her dad’s documents.
Thanks, Audrey
Thanks, Audrey

If you are applying as a Migrant Worker based on your own employment, we only need a copy of your own contract of employment and your ID (EUSS share code).
Thanks, Jen

You’ll only need to send us your last 3 months payslips the first time you apply. We’ll then ask for your most recent payslip at the beginning of each term to make sure you’re still employed.
Thanks, Erin N

Thank you. What if I change my job. Will this affect me in any way.
Thank you. What if I change my job. Will this affect me in any way.
If you change job then you’ll still be eligible for finance You’d need to send us a copy of your P45 from the previous job along with your first payslip and contract from your new job.
Thanks, Erin N
