KCL still hasn't replied with a decision and there are a couple of hours until the deadline. What happens if they don't reply? Do I just get rejected? I'm applying for computer science and already have offers from Edinburgh, Glasow, and Warwick...

However as per this recent thread, KCL have suggested that they may be amending some of those reject decisions after the fact.
If you get a rejection over the next 48hrs I would call them to confirm whether that is the final decision rather than waiting for them to get in touch though.
