im starting a marketing agency job soon, idk what to do
so im starting a marketing agency job soon in manchester and im lost. it says its a full-service events based marketing agency
- its COMISSION pay only, any ideas how risky it is?
- do i only get paid if i make a sale? so no hourly? if i dont m,ake a sale on that day ive worked for freee essentially?
- how do people work with no hourly like that?

don't do it
I also worked as a marketer for a while, and it's really a very interesting profession for me
