Hi, my EPQ title is 'To what extent is the medical industry exacerbating the opioid epidemic in US?', but after I've done some research, it turns out that by 2015, prescription opioids accounted for only about 15% of all drug overdose deaths in the US.
I still want to write around the drugs/opioid/opioid epidemic, but I just can't come up with a good topic or a title, and I'm really worried because I'm very behind in EPQ. Does anyone have any ideas or advices about my EPQ title?

Well that sounds like a good title. And what's wrong with having "not much" as your conclusion?
You could also look into how this figure might change in the future and what factors and policy might affect that.
