what is an IEP At school and what happens if you’ve been put on one?

Individual Education Plan, used for students with special educational needs to ensure they're being accomodated properly. If you get put on one your teachers should be informed and should be ready to accomodate you. For instance, if you need things printed on specific colour paper, or if you need powerpoints emailed to you so you can use a screenreader, or if you have to type work for hand in because you can't handwrite.
