I have an interview for a school bus driver on Saturday and I want to know what happens in it? I don't already have a PCV license so they said that they will give me a driving test in a 13 seater mini bus. I'm in the UK btw.

What does the letter say the interview will cover, that should be a guide. Likely they want to try to assess that you are suitably motivated, presentable and conscientious to do the job. I’m sure this role will also need a criminal records check if you’re selected. As to the driving, there is a fair bit of Highway Code and hazard awareness study to do as well as a practical test. It’s not rocket science to drive a minibus but it rightly deserves some specific training.
