I am an awful person

I was on a bus and some lady started spitting and screaming at an invisible entity. She asked some girl if she wanted to buy drugs.
I thought she was on crack and I asked the bus drivers and he thought she had “mental health problems.” He hadn’t seen her and I described her as “overweight.” I felt absolutely awful about this/
I said she was probably a crack addict.
When I got off the bus, some rough looking dude behind me screamed “JUST BECAUSE SHE’S GOT A MENTAL ILLNESS DOESNT MEAN SHE’S A CRACK ADDICT”
I didnt realise that she had a mental illness and i am still not sure she has, but if she does, I feel awful..
I have autism and no stranger to mental health, but how I can be so horrible.

just leave them alone mate in future unless they start touching or bothering other people

Crack addicts aren’t overweight by definition lol.
