bloated stomach and pain on exam day...

I've woken up at night because I have extreme bloat in my tummy. I have stayed awake since because it is so uncomfortable sleeping, and actually really unbearable because the pain is so bad. I have an exam on this day so should I go to the doctor? I have my exam at 2pm so I'm not sure what to do.

Your school can apply for "special consideration" is you are subject to "temporary illness or accident/injury at the time of the assessment" (their emphasis).
This will allow the exam board to tweak your result up slightly to allow for the impact your illness will have had on your performance. By getting an appointment with your doctor, you help provide the school with the evidence which they'll need to provide to the exam board.
