Should i accept an accomodation offer if im not 100% sure i'll get the grades

I got an accomodation offer from nottingham but if i go to accept it it starts locking me in in all these contracts and stuff and im not 100% if i'll get the grades. the last thing i wanna do is pay £250 desposit for accomodation in nottingham if i dont get in. The place giving me the offer are saying it expires soon, so if i accept and dont get in will i still get charged?

I am a current 3rd year at Nottingham.
I would recommend talking to the accommodations team and making sure you can get your deposit back if you do put any money down. I will leave a link below where you can do a live chat or there is an email and phone number you can use.
There is always accommodation left due to students not getting the grades and other circumstances so although it might not be your first choice you will definitely get a place at Nottingham should you end up there.
