This is for a fairly non-competitive course (philosophy). What are the chances of me calling them up on results day and still being accepted?

No one knows honestly….whether you get an offer in the end depends on other applicants who also marginally fail to meet their offer. You’ll have to compete with them for a place

But considering philosophy which is relatively less popular, I’d say it’s more likely than other courses for you to get an offer despite missing the requirements marginally

You don't call up - they will have had several days to review your application so if they have rejected you that's final.
