Anyone struggling with an ED or disordered eating worked in a psych ward before...?
Have you working in a psychiatric hospital and got affected by eating disorder patients habits?
To be honest I have ‘used’ some of the patients tactics for my own weight loss ie drinking more water to few full but obv in a healthy way. I have not been affected negatively in any way as I don’t have a eating disorder this is the key difference
