Anyone renting a car for a learner driver to drive on private roads?

Hi,

I have a UK provisional license and a Sri Lankan full licence which is expired. Therefore, I cannot drive on UK public roads.

I got to know about Cardrome Learner Centre in Hornchurch where they have private roads and all you need is a car to start practising (and it's only £15 per day). Unfortunately, I don't have a friend who would give me their car to practise, and car renting services here won't rent to a provisional license holder.

Do you guys know a place in East London, where I can rent a car to practice at Cardrome? Obviously, I need it to be delivered and collected when I am done (at a cost).

I am taking driving lessons now but those 1-hour lessons are not enough. Depending on instructors schedule you may have to wait a week for your next lesson. I think 8 hours of nearly continuous driving at Cardrome is really what I need to get back my sense of driving (didn't drive for 5 years in the UK).
