Is the classical conditioning in the 2 process model the same as the classical conditioning in the learning theory please ?

the same format yeah but not the same things being used
classical conditioning for phobias: little albert. the UCS is presented at the same time as something albert currently does not have a phobia of (the rat which is the NS), watson and reyner wanted to create a phobia of rats in albert
UCS (noise) = UCR (fear)
NS (rat) + UCS (noise) = UCR (fear)
CS (rat) = CR (fear)
albert learns to associate the loud noise with the rat, thus acquiring the phobia
