What comes as standard in student uni. For a self-catered kitchen, does that have everything? Stuff like a toaster, George Foreman, kettle etc

And what about bedding? Do you just get a mattress and have to supply your own pillows, duvet. I'd hope bed covers weren't included and you have to bring your own! Are storage spaces included, like cupboard type things, or do you have to bring your own storage for books, folders etc.

Any insight is appreciated so we don't have to go on a spending spree just before I move in!

You have to bring your own pillow and duvet and bedding, I would recommend bringing a mattress topper- whether those things are included in the kitchen (toaster etc) depends on your accommodation, as with storage

I am catered and its slightly different for catered and self catered at the uni I attend. In terms of my bedroom, I was supplied with pillows and obviously a mattress. I recommend getting a mattress topper, I bought my own pillows and duvets etc. In terms of storage spaces my desk has like 3 draws so plenty of storage space but the desk is not that big and I have shelves.

In terms of the kitchen we have our own cupboards, we get provided a microwave, toaster, kettle and induction hob.
