I can’t call HMRC to inquire about this as they’re not picking up. My mum is unemployed and doesn’t have any sort of income other than tax credit which is joint with my dad’s (however she didn’t mention this so maybe this is the problem?) please let me know what she’s supposed to do next so my application isn’t delayed. @sfe
