Cocaine

Anon or delete please.

I am at Uni studying a degree which later in life could lead me into jobs which require a clean Criminal Record. However recently I have taken Cocaine around twice a month. Not a lots of it but enough.
I have it with friends i have known for 8 years-not uni friends but friends from childhood.
As of this morning I have decided I never want to touch a drug again, I count my dealings with this drug as an experience, something some people may do as they grow older and enter and try new things.

I need advice on a few things, Willpower, I have it but peer pressure may contest this and it could be put to a strain. Only time will tell.
Also, should I not involve myself with said friends any longer, some of them don't do the drug yet still come out and enjoy the night. Should I do this or totally remove myself?
Any advice/tips/opinions welcome.

nah dont, just dont do it when your around them

like when offered just say no, or tell em you dont want to do before you go out then you wont!

its not that bad for you, just stay on top of it bruv

You don't need to cut them out of your life, just don't do it anymore. Simple really. That said, cocaine really isn't that bad for you...

But yeah, just say no, literally, they can't and I'm sure won't force you to do it :smile:

Just hang out with the ones who don't, when you see everyone doing it.

you can still stay friends with them, just try not to be around them when you know they will be doing coke as it will be really tempting for you to have some again!

i doubt they will try and make you do it if you say you don't want to :smile:

when your mates ar doing it tell them flat that you won't do it and why you don't want to do it

if they ask you to again, they are not good mates, and you can either walk away, or ignore it, and refuse to do it, but if that fails:

dont be in possession of it,

once it's in you u'r fine.....

just don't carry it.

If they try and make you do it, even after you refuse, then maybe you should reconsider having them as friends.

Just try to explain why. It's not like they'd be presuring you to take it.

I got arrested last year (mistakenly) for dealing cocaine, it scared me so much I never want to touch it again. I mean it was pure luck that I hadn't been doing it or had any on me, if they'd arrested me maybe half an hour later I would have been in a heap of ****. Most of my mates understood that I personally didn't want anything to do with it but the few that made a big deal about it I realised weren't that great friends and well, weren't great people either.
