I have completed my A level in another country and want to make an account with that grades but I am also doing my A level in UK.
So can I make 2 accounts one with that grades and other with this grades?

No you can't.
You should create one UCAS application with all your qualifications on it.
And do not think you can deceive UCAS - they have very efficient fraud detection, and will cancel both your applications if you attempt this.

If you create 2 accounts each with only half your qualifications then both will be fraudulent.
Your ucas application MUST declare ALL of your qualifications - including repeats.
