When answering biology aqa a level evaluation questions, my teacher told us to draw a line down the middle then list points for and against on either side in bullet points. Will they give marks for that in the real exam?
And are you allowed to bullet your answers in general or do you have to write it out fully for every question

Yes - this method is fine and so long as the answers are those which appear on the MS as acceptable, it will score the same number of marks as if you'd written it in prose. The advantage of doing it in a bulleted list is that it's easy to mark, and clear to see each marking point.

No problem. Just make sure that the bullet points are clear, and unambiguous.
