No contact from university after accepting my offer..

I got an offer from my university on the 20th of April and accepted it the same day on UCAS. It says in the offer email that if i were to accept the offer i would have to send evidence of my qualifications and that they’ll contact me about this. I’m a little concerned since i haven’t heard anything at all from them since the offer email. Not even a confirmation of place or anything. They also mentioned in the email that they’ll send out emails on how to apply to accommodation from march but still i haven’t heard anything. I’m actually really worried about this since the accommodation deadline is in one month. I emailed admissions just over a week ago regarding this but they are yet to reply. I’m really stuck on what to do and feel as though i might be put at a disadvantage because of how late the accommodation application etc is. Is a week a long time or should i give them longer since they obviously have a lot of emails to get through?

Phone them up to check if the emails have been sent to you but lost in your spam folders
