does anyone know any universities that did clearing last year for sport and exercise science or Physiotherapy??

Last year was a very unusual one for Clearing with very limited availability due to grade inflation. It would not be a reliable guide. At this point, not even the unis will know what is going to be available, but you can start shortlisting by seeing what is available on UCAS now. Anyone not currently accepting applications is very, very unlikely to be open in Clearing.
