Studying Abroad for Sandwitch Year - What to do with my renewal form?

So, as part of my sandwich year, I will be studying abroad in The Netherlands for a full year and won't be needing funding for this academic year.

However, I'm unsure what to do with my renewal from (EUPR1a From - Continuing Students). More specifically, should I put the full tuition fee amount in Section 2 - a and Section 4 - a, OR do I put in the amount as zero since I won't be needing it?
