Do UK med schools accept AP or SAT for admissions?

No GCSE, A levels, only AP/SAT

You're probably best to email med schools you're interested in (or indeed all of them) with your specific qualifications to ask.
Yes, some will - you can check their websites for more information on international qualifications.
You may still need to meet English requirements at least even if they agree to waive GCSEs (eg IELTS)
International qualifications are commonly accepted by UK universities (including for medicine) but you will still need to meet subject specific requirements (e.g. chemistry and/or biology and another science, usually) and they may specify a particular number of APs required to be considered/competitive (not infrequently, more than 3, unlike A-levels!). You'll have to look on each medical schools individual webpages to see what the specific requirements for students taking APs and the SAT are.
