How do I stop sweat patches appearing on my pants in-between my bum when I get up from a chair. Please help. It's humiliating.

Wear lighter cooler clothes; have a cool down time after exercise and walk off the heat or anything that makes you sweat; lose weight if necessary; place a folded up piece of heavy duty kitchen roll (Nikki or similar) down the back of your pants. Sorted.

You could buy boxers like this: https://www.sweatshieldundershirt.co...f-boxer-shorts

They will help with sweat patched but they will also make you feel very hot and sweaty.
