En-Suite Classic Room 3/4 bed available reduced rent
I have a tenancy agreement in place September 2022 to July 2023 which I do not require I will give £800 to anyone who wants to replace me on the tenancy agreement.
If you want to stay in Lead Mill this will reduce your rent for an lovely En-Suite room.
Normal rent 17 September 2022 to 22 July 2023 is £4,136 ( reduction with my payment ) to £3,336
