I am 17 year old full time student and I have got a job at M&S.
I am getting paid 9.5 an hour and want to know how I can get this salary up.
Any ideas ?

In retail wages are a flat rate accross the board for customer assistants ect.
For a 17 yeqr old they are already above minimum wage and likelly unskilled. So other than progressing up the ladder there isnt much else to do

I haven't even started the job. Tomorrow it is going to be induction day. I want to give an initial great impression. If I impress him what salary increase will he likely give me.
