I already sleep well and I have a good diet too. When I have to go in the office I make sure that I go to sleep a lot earlier cos I know it would be a mentally exhausting day.
I also drink tea/coffee throughout the day , just so I can have energy and not feel tired. I sometimes listen to music too.
I've tried so many things, but when it comes to 11am in the morning and after 2pm in the office...I just feel mentally exhausted and tired.
