A 5,000 kg tractor’s engine uses 1 litre of fuel to move 0.1 km. 1 ml of the
fuel contains 20 kJ of energy.
Calculate the engine’s efficiency. Take g = 10 ms-2

1. 2.5 %
2. 25 %
3. 38 %
4. 50 %
