This question is too subjective to answered accurately.

Even though you've used the word "overall", the way different people weight different aspects of each university will vary.

One person may think the course content is the most important thing to consider, whilst someone else might be focused primarily on social aspects of university life.

Ive applied for business studies. At Leeds I’ve applied for international business and finance whereas at Manchester I’ve applied for international business, finance and economics. Which do you think is better?

They are pretty comparable universities, no point splitting hairs on two excellent places.

Choose where you prefer and focus on your personal goals & motivations.
