(Anon because I find this a bit embarrassing)
Essentially, since I started uni, I haven't been able to sleep properly, and as a result I started taking nytol. This however always made me feel a bit bad, relying on drugs to get to sleep, so when my pack ran out on Tuesday, I decided to just not buy or take them anymore, thinking my sleep pattern would have righted itself by then, right?
Wrong. Since then I have been sleeping worse than I did before I took nytol, only getting around an hours sleep a night, and constantly tossing and turning before hand or flitting between different things to make me tried/take my mind off it.
My question now is, do I go back on the Nytol or do I put up with this and just hope that I get better?
