Need help finding primary sources

I am starting my history coursework and planning on doing something about the meiji restoration however, I am struggling at finding primary sources. I plan on talking about the downfall of the Tokugawa shogunate and if that along with the meiji restoration was necessary for Japan to modernise.Anyone know some good sites to find primary sources or any links for primary sources relating to said era.

Not sure if this helps but I found my primary sources from historians books. They usually quote or use a lot of primary sources. Also I found Wikipedia footnotes helpful
