How difficult is the job scope and to find a grad scheme? Im in third year and almost done. I havent started applying anywhere yet.

Pretty much any large company you can think has a grad scheme for ACCA/ CIMA. The large company schemes tend to not be easy to get into but certainly not some long shot/ near impossibility.
Outside of large companies and formal grad schemes you could always just get a job in an accounts department to gain experience.
