Durham or Edinburgh

Durham seems to be higher up in national rankings
Edinburgh much higher in the international rankings (not to mention it's more well known because of its location)

I've just always had this feeling that I personally prefer Edinburgh but without any specific reasons... (basically just biased lol)

Can someone help me out if they've been to either of the unis, I'd love to know what the teaching quality is for the humanities, the atmosphere, the uni experience and why you chose to firm that uni
For teaching quality, have a look at the NSS - Edinburgh for accounting come bottom.
