I’m asking for my cousin who is in her 40’s and would like a go at the hoop training. I’m wondering though if she went to the classes would she be with lots of young 15 year olds or do you get people of all ages?
Also she is not very feminine (her words lol) so she wouldn’t be going to look girly and graceful she likes the idea of having the strength involved in it etc
Was also wondering is it just for females or do you get men training for it?
