Hey, i was just wondering if anyone knew about an interview for a Chemical Engineering course - or interviews at all at Surrey.

I haven't got an offer for my place yet, only a letter in the post detailing a Programme that i should attend with an interview.

I honestly dont know what to expect - i dont get too nervous at interviews im just worried about being asked about any of my knowledge since im really crap at thinking logically on the spot.

    Any advice?

Dress casually, but not trackies :p:
I'd probably say smart jeans and a t-shirt. Noone wore a suit, i think because they said it was a casual interview.

Read around your subject. You'll definitely be asked why you chose your subject and probably what you want to go on to. I'd say that it's a bad idea saying that you don't know what you wanna do in the future so maybe say you'll do a masters and then make something up.

    Good luck.

i've got a chem eng open day interview thing in march

Do you agree with the proposed ban on plastic straws and cotton buds?
