Fairly recently single and I've been taking some time to myself to process the break up. I kind of want to date but I literally hate the idea of sleeping around, but I also don't feel as though I'm ready to settle down again as I still have some trust issues that my ex created.

Dating and sleeping around can be mutually exclusive!
Don't do anything until you are ready, which you clearly aren't at the moment; it's not fair on the other person and you'll get yourself into a worse state.
