Final year university application

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone could help me out? I’ve been studying online since 2 years due to Covid. I’ve been doing a computing and IT course and now that I’m almost done with the course, I’m aiming to apply for universities to complete my final year. This is usually the progression path for students that do two years of a HND. So my question was, I had prepared an application for universities with a personal statement which included everything up to my A level education, now that I’m done with the first two years and I’m applying for the final year. How different is the process now and What should my personal statement and application include?

I wouldn’t include modules completed within the first couple of years that doesn’t make up your personal statement.
