    Hello there. Quick question...

I got an offer from York yesterday in the post. It was definitely authentic... but it said that I could see the conditions of my offer via UCAS. I'm pretty sure it's unconditional because I'm post A2... But when I log into UCAS, it doesn't say York have responded... it's still blank. My offer from Cardiff is on there, so I've got no idea what's wrong. Do you think it'd be worth phoning admissions at York to see why it's not up? Or should I phone UCAS directly?

UCAS and the universities often get out of step. Give it a few weeks and it will all work out; if not, then call the university.

Just wait a few days, sometimes UCAS can be a bit slow to update/the uni can be a bit slow to update it on UCAS. If, after a few days, your offer still isn't on their, go ahead and ring them I'd say.

Ah okay, that's a relief. Everyone I've spoken to had their offer confirmed on UCAS before they heard anything via snail mail so I was starting to get a bit worried that maybe something had gone wrong.

Don't worry yet, but if you are still concerned then there is no harm in giving UCAS or the uni a call

When I applied, the majority of my unis did this; don't worry

Track updates in real time - but only after the Univs inform UCAS. I would not worry too much but give York a call if it does not show up on Track soon.
