I have blocked out 4:30 to log in and update and I will try so hard to stick to it.

Tuesday- 8 hours
Wednesday- 8 hours
Thursday- 8 hours
Friday- 8 hours
Saturday - 8 hours
Sunday- 8 hours
Monday- 8 hours
Tuesday- 8 hours
Wednesday- 8 hours

I WILL STICK TO THIS !!!
Day #0
Today I just felt so ill and undertheweather, and hence did not do mcuh work.
I completed an alevel chemistry paper - that took 2 hours and read over my notes.
WOAH typing it makes me realise just how little I actually did.
My nutrition has gone out of the window, which I need to solve .

Tomorrow
- 4 hours Re in the morning between 7:00-12:00
- memorise all AS advanced information essays
- blurt on essays
- Review Ethic essay plans + flashcards (IMPORTANT AS I HAVENT COVERED ETHICS FOR A LONG TIME AND ITS IN THE THIRD WEEK WHICH IS PACKED WITH EXAMS)
- 3 hours Biology
- AS year 12 advanced information focus
- Mass transport- focus until 100% understanding
- transport accross cell membrane booklet
1 hour Chemistry
- go over transition metal equation, cataysis equations

Loads of people (myself included) are in the same boat as you. Keep at it, but make sure you give yourself enough time to recharge. With long study periods, I recommend you get up every hour to walk around, eat & drink, gaze out of the window, etc. This can be 5-10 minutes. Studying for 3 hours straight will drain you out and make your eyes really sore. Best of luck!

I feel so unprepared for my exam - theres no way Im meeting my offer
Im so stressed, unbelievably stressed. I cant bring myself to do any work. I knwi Im going to hate myself for wasting all this time. The sad things is I cant name even one paper that went well. In year 12, I was a straight A* student and the last year Ive been doing the bare miinimum. Now exams came around, I just cant focus. I really wnat to meet my offer

Tonights goal- get back into study mindset
