Thurso street glasgow
I have got a classic ensuite room at Thurso street. But, after reading a couple of reviews I feel I made the wrong choice. I already paid the booking charges and my contract is for 39 weeks. What is the procedure for a room or residence change?

hey could you share what the reviews were regd Thurso? I have put Thurso as one of my preferences (not first) too but not received any allotment yet

I've heard it's very noisy as the sound caries through the walls of the room and apparently the room is much smaller than you would expect for the price you are paying for it.

Hi, I got a classic ensuite room at Thurso Street too and feel the same feeling after read those negative reviews on Google Maps.

is Thurso meant to be good for nightlife? I put it as one of my top choices for accom

1. Poor maintenance (I need to call maintenance 4 times in half a year because of poor facilities )
2. Noisy (I can hear noise from my neighbors and outside every day)
3. Poor customer service (some staff are very condescending and not very polite)
4. They tried to overcharge us for maintenance and replacement costs to earn money from students (they charged us 178 pounds for a vacuum cleaner while the price is 139 pounds in Amazon and 129 in Citrus Cleaning Supplies. The model name is JVP 180 James)
5. The WiFi lost connection almost every day
