Bath or Hull for Masters?

Hi all,

This might sound like a stupid comparison question to ask.

Bath vs Hull, which do I choose?

I got offered for both unis; MA International Security for Bath, and MA Strategy and International Security for Hull.

My previous alma mater was Hull (did Joint (Hons) Politics and History there between 2014-17).

I know teaching professors in both universities. Bath is clearly ranked higher, but Hull is considerably cheaper for me as an international student too (23k for Bath vs 8k for Hull).

Short-term value for money and familiarity, Hull wins. Long term career prospects and academic advancement, Bath wins.

Bath is definitely going to be a nicer city than Hull. But I did survive three years in Hull and even thrived back then. So how "good/bad" a city is doesn't terribly affect my decision-making much.

Head says Hull. Heart says Bath.

Can any kind people on here help me make up my mind?
