Questions about A levels in CAIE

I got to know that Cambridge International AS and A levels now follow a linear assessment and not a modular and that AS and A2 were decoupled. I am sitting the AS exams from Bangladesh and I've got a couple of questions.1. Does a linear route mean that my AS grades will not be held into account in my final A level grades? 2. If my AS grades do account for the final A level grade then what if I want to change my subjects in A2? How will the final grades be judged?3. If the AS grades are not accountable towards the final A level grade, do the A2 question papers include topics from AS?
